Leonardo da Vinci drew a sketch of a self supporting bridge. When we came across the concept, we thought it looked like fun. So we built it!
The video above shows all our trials and tribulations on how to make it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s easy to build from just about anything, but we wanted make a game that we could play with friends and family over the holidays. So we needed to make it a little more interesting.
If you want to build this bridge for yourself, please feel free to use the dimensions listed below. Then just follow the same process we used from this point in the YouTube Video.
TIP: make it from hardwood, then you should be able to stand on the bridge when it’s done.
Fun Tip: there is no reason you couldn’t scale up these dimensions, to make them as big or small as you like.
